My Story

I operate from my little workshop at my home in Chermside West, Brisbane. I have four great sons all grown up, and last but not least my Dog 'Charlie' who thinks he's human.
My wife and I emigrated to Australia from the UK in 1977. My Wife of 45 years, a former Senior Clinical Nurse Consultant at the RWH sadly passed away in 2021 after struggling for some years with Dementia.
I studied Art and Design together with Pottery & Sculpture at College in the UK back in the late 60's, (if I sound old it's because I am). I spent several years in the Merchant Navy travelling around the World. From arriving in Australia I spent my working life in the Corporate World. I retired to care for my wife in early 2020 I was able to re-visit my passion in a limited way to produce some artwork work in these various fields.
I have been fortunate to have some of my artwork hung and sold in a prominent gallery here in Brisbane and have been requested by friends to do other work at times. Although I love to paint it's working with the mediums of Sculpture/Casting and Woodwork that has always been a keen interest of mine. (images shown here are a Polymer Clay Sculpture and an Acrylic Painting of a Beach Restaurant on the Sea in Algiers)
In an effort to move forward and encouragement from family and friends I decided to establish what was a hobby as a part time business in late 2022. My goal is to provide a top quality product at a fair price together with good service. It's something that I enjoy and it's great to meet with new people.
In a nutshell, it's about the creation of a piece of art, a symbol of remembrance that you can hold and would last for generations.
I look forward to speaking with you and being of service.
